In 2001, the China Center for International Educational Exchange (CCIEE) and the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) jointly initiated the Sino-American 1+2+1 Dual-Degree Program. Currently, the program serves as one of most important exchanges and cooperation platforms between Chinese and American Universities.
The 1+2+1 Program is based on the process of credit and degree recognition between Chinese and American Universities.
