Candidates
- Native Speaker of English
- At least a Bachelor’s degree (all majors are accepted)
- At least two years of relevant experience and/or TESOL/TEFL Certification (Please note: Any online or school based TESOL Certification will be fine, with a minimum of 120-hour courses. Please email us if you need a recommendation.)
- Important: Starting from 2014, all selected teachers who don't have a master's or Ph.D. degree or two years of teaching experience are required to complete the TEFL/TESOL Certificate before May 31st (120-hour minimum).
- Physical and mental fitness
- Proven interest in Chinese language and culture (Chinese language skills are preferred but not required)
- Cross-cultural skills for living and working overseas
